Important Notice Regarding Vitamin B12 Injections

With immediate effect, patients who receive Vitamin B12 injections will be required to obtain their injection from a pharmacy before attending their appointment at the surgery.

A prescription will be issued for your Vitamin B12 injection. Please ensure that you:

  1. Leave enough time to have the prescription dispensed by your chosen pharmacy.
  2. Bring the Vitamin B12 injection with you to your appointment at the surgery.

Unfortunately, increasing pharmaceutical costs and continued pressures on NHS funding mean that we have had to make this difficult decision. We understand that this change may be inconvenient and thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain the best possible care for our patients.
