Please note only medicines that are currently on your repeat prescription form can be ordered in this way.

Please give 48 hours (2 practice working days) notice for repeat prescriptions. Please note its is your responsibility to request your prescriptions on time. It isn't our fault if you forget to do this and we cannot guarantee to respond quicker than that. If you urgently need a repeat prescription before then please contact NHS111 online or via the phone 111

Please also note that we reserve the right to decline a repeat prescription request if you have not responded to our requests for a medical review or provided updated clinical information. It may be possible for this review to be done online at the long term condition review section of eConsult

Help us to help you by signing up for online repeat prescribing. This makes the process paperless, more efficient and reduces unnecessary face to face contact.

Prescriptions can also ordered in writing using the order slip on the right side of your prescription, by letter, or using the slips available at reception.

You may arrange for a local Pharmacy to collect your prescription.

If you wish your prescription to be posted please provide a stamped addressed envelope with your request.

We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.

If you have the NHS APP you can now also order prescriptions through this App
